249 of 250 lifetime-free spots remain · Next number: #002The Local Band List is for music fans too — not just performers. It is a local-music social network where regular people can create a free Community profile, listen to local music, follow artists and friends, talk in rooms, use Messenger and see what is happening in the local scene. Artists, DJs and Comedians can also build verified searchable profiles to get found and booked.
Join as a listener, fan or community member even if you never perform. Discover music, connect with people and follow the local scene. Verified artists, DJs and Comedians get additional tools to showcase their work and be found for bookings.
Because this is not just another feed. The Local Band List combines familiar social features with tools built specifically for the local entertainment scene: discover tonight’s events, prove you were there, become an early supporter, help performers grow, find collaborators, earn reputation and turn local discovery into real opportunities. Teens get their own separated version of the same Local Scene energy with stronger guardian, Admin and privacy guardrails.
Verified Teens can collect a Teen Scene Passport, earn Teen Scene reputation, become a Teen Verified Performer, climb Teen Charts, complete Teen Fan Missions, find verified Teen collaborators, get Who Should I See? recommendations and earn Founding Fan badges. Teen performer booking requests are guardian-managed, Teen collaboration listings are Admin-reviewed, and Teen event discovery is limited to events explicitly identified as all-ages/Teen-friendly.
Adult and Teen Local Scene systems stay separated. Teens get Teen-safe versions of Passport, performer verification, charts, missions, collaboration, recommendations, reputation and Founding Fan badges. Unknown adults cannot directly enter the Teen Community or contact Teen members through these tools; Teen Book Me routes to an approved parent/legal guardian, and Teen collaborations require Admin safety review. Teen Live requires a separate parent/legal-guardian approval and remains inside the verified Teen Community.
The Teen Community is built differently on purpose. Teens get the familiar things they enjoy — profiles, friends, feeds, Stories, Messenger, rooms and local music — plus a real Teen Local Scene with Passport stamps, Teen Verified Performer status, Teen Charts, missions, collaboration, recommendations, reputation and Founding Fan badges, all inside a separate 13–17 Community with stronger boundaries between teens and adults.
Artists, Bands, DJs and Comedians can claim one of the first 250 original Founding numbers while the lifetime-free tier is still open. Your core performer membership stays $0/month for life. Premium Featured and Spotlight promotion remains optional.
Every Founding 500 performer receives a permanent numbered badge, city/state launch visibility, Founding Artist of the Day eligibility, early-feature access, referral Promotion Credits and a shareable Founding promo kit.

0% booking commission: The Local Band List does not take a percentage of booking inquiries arranged through the current service. Get discovered, get contacted, get booked — keep your gig money.

New public-ready artists joining The Local Band List.
Performing Artists, Bands, DJs and Comedians can apply. The key requirement is real prior performance experience.
DJs (Disc Jockeys), Comedians, solo artists, singers, rappers, duos, groups and bands are all welcome.
This is a showcase for real performing artists and DJs, not a general music-storage site.
The launch is free, but required information, performance proof and Login Email verification are still required. Automatic approval does not mean instant public publishing.
Every public Artist, DJ and Comedian has provided proof of real performance experience. That gives restaurants, churches, festivals, wedding planners, promoters and event organizers a stronger reason to search here instead of sorting through thousands of random uploads.
Watch Verified Live Performers — Artists, Bands, DJs and Comedians — directly through The Local Band List. Performers can also schedule broadcasts in advance so followers know when to come back.
Founding status is based on approval order nationwide. Artists, Bands, DJs and Comedians who qualify early become some of the first verified performers representing their local scene.
Founding numbers are for real approved eligible Artists/DJs/Comedians and exclude Admin-designated test accounts. A Founding badge does not guarantee bookings, follower growth, homepage placement every day, or paid promotion results. Featured/Spotlight premium products are separate unless explicitly included in a promotion.

The Local Band List is being built for the people who actually use it — artists, music fans, venues, event organizers and local communities. If you see something we could improve, a feature you would love to have, or an idea that would make finding and booking local talent easier, we want to hear it.
